Why are Expedia still allowed on Quidco?

Had a long-standing (17 month) problem with Expedia, but I'm happy to report it has now been fully resolved by the wonderful people at Quidco, so have removed my original posting.

Just goes to show... it's worth sticking with these things, and not giving up just because "cashback isn't guaranteed"...

Yes it is pretty lame. That said, cashback is never guaranteed.

I booked a hotel room with expedia, via quidco in feb

took 5 days to track

and the payment has just gone through, 1st june, will probably be in my bank account in 5-8 days

I would just keep contacting them, as i had a problem with a sim card from o2 and it took 3 months and i eventually got it sorted.

I got cashback for Expedia through Quidco, no problems.

Are you suggesting that Expedia are removed just because you have had a bad experience?

As previously said cashback is not guaranteed its a bonus if you get it

I get money back regularly from Expedia via quidco. Hotels, flights and hire cars - all worked (so far) for me.

I've had quidco pay out for expedia several times and always the correct amount so it may just be a one off.

I've had a similar problem with the apple store however where its tracked, validated and still hasn't been paid after 18 months.

I have made Expedia purchases through Quidco, most months for the last 2 years, and received the cash for every one.

I also make sure I clear cookies before logging in to Quidco, as sometimes not doing so can cause the item not to track correctly.
