A facial is enough for a birthday present if I'm honest.

Add some nice flowers and a card with a sweet verse and you won't be far off.

I donn't see the point in spending money for the sake of it - if she wanted or needed something specific wouldn't she have said by now?

I would also agree with a charm bracelet, you can get them to suit all budgets, the one I got for my mum was £30 as thats all I could afford at the time (I was 17 and still at school) Charm bracelets are supposed to be gifts rather than bought yourself and you could get her a couple of lovely charms and then when baby is born get her another one to commemorate the birth. I love my charm bracelet and think of it as a keepsake as I am too scared to wear it! :)

Maybe I'm weird but I didn't mind getting baby stuff for xmas/ birthday, I used my xmas money to buy a pram. From the minute I got pregnant I would want something for me and then realise how much baby stuff that would get me, so choose that instead- I'm not saying I'm selfless, but I'm easily pleased, a pic-nic in the park where I haven't had to make the sandwiches would do me! :D
Just some other suggestions would be maybe a photoshoot so she has some nice pregnancy pics, she could get glammed up- I wish I had done this as all my pregnancy pics are yuck! :D

What about a scrapbooking kit (if she is at all into that sort of thing) as it is a nice thing to do at the end of pregnancy when it's too hot to move!

What about getting her some lovely toiletries for her hospital bag- nothing too scented though as you can be really sensitive to smells.

    A nice day out somewhere.

Hope you find something lovely for her! Congrats on baby too!

What about some DVDs or books? When she starts maternity leave she's gonna be bored solid until the baby arrives.

Another vote for a pedicure. When I was hugely pregnant I asked my OH to cut my toenails for me. Then I made him pay for a pedicure after he nearly amputated my little toe !!!
