It was giving me something to do SM, I'm sooooooooo bored. Ended up looking at online brochures for our houses, didn't even know there were any. I'll end up shopping for something I don't need in a minute then feel really bad. What are you up to?

    Hi tara.

I'm appalled at your oh. beans on toast indeed:eek:

On sunday you should make him take you down to the cobb and treat you to dinner in that lovely restaurant that overlooks the new sandy part of the beach. Can't remember what it's called but looks like a proper sailors pub.

I am hoping to come down next sunday to buy bubs her first teddy bear from alices bear shop. In fact, sounds like most of the family are going to join be so should be a lovely day out. fingers crossed for nice weather

    What happened tara?

Should we be boycotting them too. Don't like to reward dodgy businesses.
The fish and chip shop at the end of the cobb is nice too. Always used to get them there and sit out and watch the sea when we were little.

Think I'll probably do the same with little'un

Oh god, I so can't wait

He applied himself and got a job as kitchen porter at easter. He did a trial and was taken on but they gave very long shifts. Bank holiday he worked Friday as it was non pupil 9-5 then Sunday he went in at 4 but still wasn't home at 12 and we were waiting up. He was still working at 12.15am when I finally got him on the phone. He came home and collasped into bed. Was woken by us at 11am and a phonecall from work asking him to go in that Thursday to which he said no (he is 15 and at school). When he got to work that Friday he was told it was his last shift as head chef didn't like his attitude on the phone as he gave no explanation as to why he couldn't work, he then told them it was because it was a school night, reply 'not interested in hearing about school and he should leave his problems at home, if he wasn't willing to work school nights then he should leave'. I rang up as I was angry and spoke to chef and he asked why I thought Jake would not give a valid reason over the phone as he thought it rude, I had to explain that Jake is Autistic and would only give a required answer and as he hadn't asked why he couldn't work he wouldn't tell hem, chef said, well I know nothing about autism but I'll give him another go if you tell him not to do it again to which I replied I couldn't change him as it doesn't work like that and I didn't want him working for them anyway, I just wanted to make them feel bad!!! :p
