skinty, I leak a lot on a daily basis and am now on sanitary towels rather than panty liners it can be that bad !! Try not to think too much !!

I'll try! Thinking too much is usually the main reason for me worrying. I just can;t help it!

Skinty - how about a spot of relaxing in an empty mind way, can you do a bit of gentle yoga or do you know any Thai Chi
