Elle, are you getting any cuddles from Rhys or is he in the incubator full time? If you can get him out, get him so that he could have a feed. Not that he will but just so he is close to your bare breast, it helps hugely with your supply. Speak to the nurses and see if it is possible. Get something that smells of him (a vest, teddy, sleepsuit), lots of pictures etc. It's all about tricking your body into thinking he is there with you. You just have to concentrate really hard while you express and it will go back up. I found that it was easier after a warm bath or shower, or even just sitting a couple warm flannels on them before pumping. Do it as often as possible and most importantly if you can't manage it, you can't manage it. Good luck!
