Sugar, you're making us all feel like lumps!!!
Nothing new today...got my Bounty pack from Boots (ASDA were out, but luckily Boots is next door!)! Nothing special really - don't like Ovaltine or caffeine free Coke, but OH will drink anything! Also in the news...we told me parents last night! They were very pleased of course and Mom said she "wasn't surprised" (she knows me too well). It's the first grandbaby in BOTH our families, so lots of pressure there!
top 2013 wins: iPad, £50 dental care, £50 sportswear, £50 Nectar GC, £300 B&Q GC; jewellery, Bumbo, 12xPringles, 2xDiesel EDT, £25 Morrisons, £50 Loch Fyne
would like to win a holiday, please!!

Back from the car boot.
I got this http://www.elc.co.uk/toy/blossom-farm-sit-me-up-cosy/?image_id=2 for a fiver, it's spotless and should all be there (not checked it fully yet). And I got the shop an ikea high chair with tray and booster pillow for... £2.Boys got guns, we got a brush for outside and DH got nowt, but then he didn't tell us what he was looking for (then moans about not getting to the camping stall or the sun glasses stall)
DS2 is out cold on the sofa, DH is playing xbox and DS1 is watching him.
Dinner is smelling lovely (chucked it in the slow cooker before we left), I need to hang out a washing but I need a wee rest first.0 -

I got some next newborn jeans, an m&s snowsuit and some bootees with elephants on this morning. All brand new with labels on for £4! They are all boys things though and we dont find out for two weeks if we're having a boy or girl! Oh well, they'll come in useful for someone.
Tia that baby nest looks fab, my OH has got his eye on the monkey one from mothercare which is a similar style. Also Im not sure if this has been mentioned before but Boots have got money off quite a few buggies at the moment, they've got the bebe confort streety for £175 instead of £275 if you go for the 2008 model and double points, there's a code too for an extra 500 points about so in boots logic only £156 (but its £19 of points you'll get back) for the full travel system and it seems to have really good reviews.Belly Monkey arrived 19.11.09 :j0 -
There was a huge mamas and papas travel system (pram, seat thingy, car seat and base etc) for £40. I'd have gotten it if we didn't have a pram/buggy already!!! And a few baby baths but I'm not using one. A baby bath sling, but DH said no it was too small and hinted that I should just buy a new one
Really nice day here so everyone was out.
MM, leave the shop, can your OH get some on his way home?0 -
Tiamai, which boot sale do you go to? I vaguely remember that you live nearish my parents and my dad makes a regular circuit of three on a Sunday morning - one near Warrington with nothing nearby, it's just a field you park on and then the stalls are at the other end, one at a pub and one massive one in Manchester.
Everything except organising my wardrobe is done off my list. I'm now sitting about waiting for my second egg and cheese muffin of the day to turn up - OH has been lusting over the smell of mine for a couple of hours and has decided to make one for himself, which of course means making two. Then, when he's finished eating, he's going to finish putting stuff back in the pantry and then we'll be almost at the level of chaos of a normal flat, only with a roomful of pinball machines and a f*kton of flatpacked furniture!Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76
Three gifts left to buy0 -
Tia I wish I could leave the shop, but there is nothing in the cupboards for Jasmines packed lunches next week and OH doesnt drive !!!The two best things I have done with my life
