We have a reward chart and Jas gets stickers for doing certain things like staying in bed, brushing her teeth etc... and at the end of the week if she has enough she gets stickers for her sticker book and if she has a full row of good behaviour stickers, she gets a trip out somewhere like the park or soft play !!
Works really well for her, I thought she might of thought she was getting a bit old for it a while ago as we have been using it for a few years, but she didnt want to !!

what ball ? Is it a proper birthing one, or an exercise ball ?

I think it might be my ulna nerve, which can get painful if you sleep with your elbow sharply bent, which I do :cool:

No, just a pink excersize ball, to lean over, doggy style to help my back (and heartburn). Was bought for DS2's physio (the blue one was too big) but is also great for sorting back stiffness. Put it away last year when the Christmas tree went up and since then the dog chewed the pump.

i should really be doing a wash and tidying up the playroom.....3 ice lollies later, im still on my fat bum. lol
wonder how baby edgar and sms baby bubba is doing!

Still here lurking but didn't know what to contribute to the last couple of pages as I'm only on my first. I think you're lucky that your children sleep for so long. Here's hoping!

I repacked my hospital bag earlier and finished putting all the baby stuff away and figured that was enough, the washing will be done tomorrow

So much for me staying up late, eyes are starting to feel tired, so I'm going up to bed.
