Hey ladies,

Just catching up with last night's House while checking in with you.

OH's boss said as a thanks for working so many extra hours over the last couple of months we could go for a slap up meal and claim it back on expenses! Would have liked to have had him home a bit earlier a few nights and its a bummer I can't drink but it will be a bit of us time.

Oops.. drifted off to sleep! First afternoon nap I've had since I came off the morphine! Woke up just in time to get a txt from Mum saying she's on her way in.. could have done with a few more hours but was supposed to express ages ago - hope they don't stay too long and I can get on with it

Re being insured after the c-section, the midwives here said I could drive when my car insurance would cover me again and my car insurance said they didn't need to know that I'd had a c-section but I could drive when the doctors say I can! Grrr...

Am going to try to book in to see my GP this week (preferably the just after lunch slot so I'm not waiting long) to discuss going back on the mini-pill and will get him to have a prod about and see if I'm healing properly and everything

I keep banging my bump against stuff! :mad: I leaned over the table to get my remegel and couldn't reach cos of it. Today at college my chemistry tutor had a good laugh at me when I went to lean over and grab my bag and kinda shouted out rather louder than I thought I had, 'jezus christ!', he started laughing and I demanded 'what?!' in my best !!!!ed of pregnant woman voice, which made him laugh more (and everyone else at this point) and I was left to mutter about how I keep forgtting that I can't bend over and stuff as my face went a nice shade of red... :rotfl:
