The quesadilla thingys sound great. I'll be trying them soon!

For a quick snack late at night I love cheese and marmite on toast with ketchup. Toast the bread, spread with a little butter and marmite, grated cheese and grill. Then just before you eat thinly spread some tomato ketchup on the top. MMMMmmmm. :p

One thing I love to do is a quesadilla.Take two soft flour tortillas(wraps).Heat a frying pan,put one tortilla in, cover with grated cheese, top with the other tortilla and heat until cheese melts.Lift out and cut into quarters.Of course you can add things to this;chillies, olives, mayo, beansprouts, onion(yum).I usually do these in my big sandwich maker, one of those panini maker things, that way both sides get toasted, but you could flip the tortillas over in the pan HTH

Is that the same as Jamie Oliver does on the sainsbury's advert??
    Looks yummy

I tend to keep a tin of hotdogs in the cupboard, boil for about 3 mins with sliced onion & slap in a roll or slice & between bread with ketchup. I can eat a tin of 8 in one sitting though:o Good thing is only one lightly used saucepan & a plate to wash up:D Or my other junk food standby is almond crossiants, they go from frozen to hot in about 90 seconds in the microwave :perfect for insomniac-munchies at 3am;)
