If he has been pulling the old chargeback scam someone should send a message to all the sellers he scammed pointing out his record and suggesting they all hit him with a county court claim for their money back, oh that would be getting his just deserts, Approximately 50 county court claims upwards in one go......50 ccj's on his credit file if he doesn't repay the money, 50 sets of bailiffs arguing on his doorstep about who gets his telly....:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:0

Based on the location of where the items are beings ent to, there is only one other regular car parts seller within 100 miles, but they seem to be a general breakers rather than specialising in lamp units.
Maybe they are going for export or on their own website sales.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -

I do actually agree with you here. One mistake I can accept, a couple I can even live with but this is beyond suspicious.
Yes a good class action or individual claims, not guaranteed to win of course but surely enough to get some result?
The thing I do find suspicious is the speed at which neg are left. if for instance this had been the unluckiest buyer ever in the history of ebay I am sure he would be feeling guilty that he had a dodgy address and maybe would have stopped buying before it got this bad..maybe taking action against Royal mail. To be so quick to leave negs even where sellers have refunded looks malicious so there must be an ulterior motive.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards. i was just away to say that too. he just has a big list of "item not received" - no one is that unlucky. surely ebay and paypal should start checking this guy out.
Yes, as a buyer - YOU can leave negative, but the seller cant give you negative.
Ive been fairly lucky as a seller, but i would hate to think that if i got a buyer like that and he was hasseling me with negative feedback, and just generally being nasty, that i couldnt leave him a negative rating.:heartsmil Getting Married 11th June 2011 to the lovely Graham:heartsmilWedding/honeymoon fund so far £69000 -
It's now looking like that the buyer rarely leaves positive feedback for anyone compared to the amount of recent bids he has placed, and feedbaqck he has received.
Apparantly the category is notorious for "difficult sellers" as well, and the buyer does seem to be sweeping up lots of 99p start auctions. Maybe that is why so many never arrive - because the seller never posted them, and refunds without arguement because they know they have not sent the item?
Still - left far too many negs for my liking as well.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -
Horrible nasty person, all I have to say on the matter. But one day I am sure someone will deliver him an 'item' personally.“Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?”
