Employed or Self-Employed?

Options
Need some help to decide this

My OH works for a Ltd Company- as a Company Secretary- getting paid on a monthly basis- for the bookkeeping and answering the telephone calls.

Now she is the only other employee other than the Director(myself)- for the Ltd Company. Also the salary she gets is around 450 pounds/month. We haven't made any contracts for her and she works from home-the same address the Ltd Company is registered. I'm the sole share holder( 100%)

Is she Employed or Self- Employed?

thanks for reading - any suggestions welcome

You're both employed as "officers" of the company - not having a contract of employment is irrelevant.
