I think that is next on my list to read up on.
In particular it is Section 12 which is the duty to provide information, advice and assistance.
I need to look at how I would develop the department further to ensure this duty is met.
Not having any children myself, it's a whole new world!!!!

The one I've posted is the Extended Schools of ECM - should cover most of it.
