Can i run 2 appliances (fridge freezer & washing machine) from a single fused spur?

As long as the total load deos not exceed 13A then technically yes, although its not good practice and difficult to keep tidy.
You could run a 2.5mm flex from the spur unit to a surface mounted double socket under the worktop and plug the appliances into that. for a reasonably neat method. Or if your fused spur controls a single socket under the worktop change it to a double ... use 2.5mm flex and a plug to make a connection to the double from the single.0 -

If it's a new spur, and in a kitchen then I think it comes under part P.0

If you use FLEX and surface wiring from an EXISTING spur then it should become temporary and not part of the ring thus part P should not apply.
If done correctly it will be safe, but if you are at all unsure dont DIY0
