    how cheap ? what sort of site? the type of site and the complexity will determine how much it will cost you... pm me if you want some more info ...

    i have a list of free software to use, which may be easier for you ;)

    would you need hosting too ?

    i'm after something similar and very basic

    just need probably 3-4 pages

    with a couple of downloads of pdf's

    what's the best free software?

    i would recommend a cms such as joomla / drupal /

    you can install a download area for pdf's and install new designs etc, does the downloads need to be paid for ? if so then you will need a custom script made
