how cheap ? what sort of site? the type of site and the complexity will determine how much it will cost you... pm me if you want some more info ...

i would recommend a cms such as joomla / drupal /
you can install a download area for pdf's and install new designs etc, does the downloads need to be paid for ? if so then you will need a custom script madeSilenced by the Gestapo :rotfl:0 -
