Auto no Reservations.com

I booked a car through Autoreservations.com on 14th March and got the usual we'll not take any money til your reservation is confirmed email straight away, but didn't receive any booking confirmation. On 16th March I emailed them to ask if the booking was confirmed or not. No reply.
By the 18th I decided their customer service was so poor I might never hear from them so looked elsewhere and found the same car through the same hire firm for £50.00 when AutoR was going to charge £88.00! As I hadn't heared I bookled this and emailed AutoR again to cancel the booking, which they then said they had confirmed, they hadn't received my March 16th email and it was my email system to blame.
Maybe I'm unlucky but maybe their system doesn't work. Poor service & expensive (and they took £15.00 booking fee too!). Won't be using them again. :mad:
