I think mine went back to the post office as I had a red card through the door that I've got a parcel to pick up.
I really do hope though that they don't cause thrush!!!0 -

I've had thrush only once before and that was years ago.
The tampons are the only thing that I've changed recently... Maybe they just don't agree with me. :rolleyes:0 -
I can't imagine these giving you thrush - as that is caused by a yeast infection I think - so unless they come impregnanted with yeast (which they don't) i think you're safe!
Anyone who hasn't applied yet - I think you need to come across quite a social being in your answers to the questionnaire (i.e i go out and about with friends quite regulary, use Facebook, 25 years old...) so i think these kind of answers would help your chances.
I think they come in an unmarked cardboard box if you're the kinda gal that gets easily emabarrased if you're like one of the previous posters OH...
Def. worth applying - I got 10 packs each with 3 in each - plus VIP cards that give you free entry into certain clubs. Sorry if this info has already been posted, but don't have the time to read thru 8 pages of posts!! x...Money spending expert since 1983....0 -

My doc said the fibres that the tampons are made with have probably "messed" with my PH balance, thus resulting in thrush. :rolleyes:0 -
I know someone who gets thrush from using certain brands of tampons, can't remember which ones though0

The yeast is naturally present in small amounts, you just need something to trigger an imbalance and set it off really. This can be anything from chemicals to clothing to diet.
The "Tampax Pearl causes thrush" rumor has been going around for a while, here is some info:

Its not just yeast problems that cause thrush- its also caused as others have mentioned, by a change in the PH balance.
I haven't had my PH balanced altered by these tampons but am usually affected by many things: stress, sea water, chlorine in swimming pools, but if I keep going with it, eventually the whole PH thing alters itself and I'm back to normal- but may have to step back or calm down for a day or so just to give your body time to cathc up.
This is not a medial solution, its just what I find works as I can'r afford to buy Canesten! If it is quite bad, go see your doctor but personally, thse tampons have not caused me any issues.
