Someone going to get a cheap plasma TV

I was looking through e-bay for the mcdonalds monopoly cards and saw the Liverpool street station for sale it has recently risen to £122 not bad price for a plasma Tv. Will be interesting to see what it actually sells for.

It's because if you have all four train stations you can claim a plasma Tv these people must have the other three and Liverpool is the Rare card. I think.:D

This doesnt make any sense, why is the seller selling this when they could get the missing bit themselves and get a nice tv for selling on

I'm with you mate, I don't get it. I've got a boxful of monopoly cards upstairs.. surely it's cheaper to buy a new monopoly set rather than spend over a hundred quid for 1 poxy card!

(there must be something more to this that we don't know about.. wink!! ;) )

Thats just it....its a scam. People will bid thinking theyre getting the rare Macdonalds Liverpool Street sticker, whereas in fact theres no mention of Macdonalds nor stickers nor is there a photo of the item. So people will end up paying a lot of money for a correctly described auction, but not getting what they thought they were getting.

Hehe, that's very naughty but the most crafty I've seen yet. Most of these have something in small print saying something like "You are not bidding on XXX but a bag of wood shavings", he doesn't even mention anything about McDonalds so whichever poor sod buys this has no comeback, the auction is very clear.
