Hi
Sorry if this is not in the right section, I was made redundant on the 15th May and did not receive my then current weeks wage or week in hand and 2 days holiday pay, and as of today still no P60 or P45. Can anyone PLEASE advise.
Many Thanks
Paul

You need to take your employer to an Employment Tribunal to get your wages. Go to the website, the forms are online.
As to P45 and P60, ring your tax office and ask them to get a compliance officer to contact the company.£705,000 raised by client groups in the past 18 mths :beer:0
