The declaration has to be in by 31st July. Call TCO on 0845 300 3900 to see if they received it.

I know it has to be in by July, but that doesnt answer my original question as to how long it usually takes to get a award notice in ?? Also ? everytime I ring I get a payment generated and have to jump through hoops to speak to anyone as I used to be married to a civil servant and they have to speak to a different phone number and my NI number generates this every time so I ring the alternate number and they say we cant speak to you, and the other number says they cant speak to me either !!!!!!! So very wary of having to make phone calls !

Normally only takes a week or so in my experience , two weeks tops.

Think you may have to call , sounds like it may have been way layed.
