The sun is shining, it's lovely out and we're off to celebrate some wins!!!

Finally discovered where my DS won his wii Monster Jam game from - it was from Cheeky Chicken's post HERE . He not only got that, but tickets for this weekend's Monster Jam event in Cardiff (which I had already found out about). But the big surprise of today is that he's also won £200 spending money with it :eek:!!! Looking forward to a fabulous weekend in Cardiff now (and he's itching to spend his winnings!)

Then I've had a WEM to say that I've won the prize from mj38's post HERE so will be treating OH to a lovely, luxurious night away!

Well Done... My daughter also won the same prize with Jetix but through a different competition... The terms for that were upto £200 for travel but as we live not far from Cardiff we told them we don't need travel arranged for us.... We were asked for our nearest station but we said it was easier for us to drive.... We were told they don't pay for any other sort of travel apart from the train. Are you sure you are getting the cash to spend? My hubby is taking our three kids...

Thanks ClarkeEJ - Yes, I spoke to the girl from the PR company and they're sending him a cheque for £200, which is great! Would have been happy with travel/accommodation tho, as we're in Yorkshire... DS says he's happy to make a contribution :rolleyes:
