Think this is a scam...can anyone confirm?

Received this today..think it is a scam as I don't have an Abbey National account..but others could be taken in..

This e-mail has been sent to you by Cahoot Security Department to inform you that we were unable to verify your account information.This might be due to either of the following reasons:

1. A recent change in your personal information. (eg: billing address, phone)

2. Submitting incorrect information during bill payment process.

Log In to confirm and update your account information now .

Important Notice:- You are strictly advised to match your security information rightly to avoid service suspension.

    If you feel you may be susceptible to these kinds of attacks, I strongly strongly recommend installing something like FireFox, Web of Trust, McAfee Site Advisor or all three. If you don't mind fiddling with your PC internals, go get a free account over at OpenDNS, set up their Dynamic DNS client, and turn on filtering for all the bits you want to be blocked from visiting (phishing sites being just one example).

    Target Savings by end 2009: 20,000
    current savings: 20,500 (target hit yippee!)
    Debts: 8000 (student loan so doesnt count)

    new target savings by Feb 2010: 30,000
