Hi there,
Looking for advise on the above,
I have set up a small company with a friend in the same line of work that I do with my main employer (mainly for Homers etc), and for that reason I can't be named as a director, so I have opted for a nominee director service that will giive us back the power of attorney by signing a deed of imdemnity form that gives us back the ropes so to speak but will keep us off of companies house.
Next challange is to find a bank account that will take us on with a Nominee director (anyone know of any bank that would entertain this), or would it be better to register as our selves, set up the bank account then appoint a nominee director providing the bank doesn't need to know and our names are not named in companies house?
and finally, the business is strickly a cash business but can't be cash in hand, got to be through the books, whats the best way of getting money out, someone suggested exspenses?

Hmm, you might want to rewrite your post. It pretty much looks like you are asking for advice on how to set up a scam/money laundering operation (hidden directors, cash only etc)!
Not many people will help you on that basis!0 -
i would agree that you appear to want to co-habit a cell with bubba
glad i dont employ you0
