can canyone help please?

i am currently waiting for a date for dla, but at the sme time i am applying for a dro, if i get dla and therefore get it backdated will this effect my dro? i have also posted on the bankrupcy and living with it board

any advice gratefully recieved

I'm not sure what you mean by a date for dla. Are you waiting for a medical, or to find out if you have been awarded DLA?

oh sorry i meant a tribunal, i was turned down, appealed and turned down again, i would like a medical but not been offered /told to go to one, my balance and co ordination are terrible, and i have trouble with my short term memory

If you have been refused at tribunal your last option is an appeal to the commisioner,but this can only be on a point of law.Failing that you can re-apply,I would suggest getting help from welfare rights or simlar if you do,remember its care and mobility problems that DLA is paid for and not medical problems as such.Re the DRO i dont think DLA can be counted as income,it isnt usually.

i havn't been to the tribunal yet, that is sometime in the next few month, my mobility has decreased drastically since december, my gp wrote them a letter saying i should atleast get the mobility part but still no, i am sorry i am am not explaining thigs properly but my mind tends to wander and i have noticed recently my typing is getting worse, so i do appologise, i know dla cann't be counted as income when you get it, i would use it for someone to help me around the house, i was asking about what happens if it is bakdated?
