I am just in the process of sending out letters to reclaim bank charges, but i'm abit unsure how much to send them.
I had a student hsbc account which they gave you a mastercard and a credit card. I want to claim back charges on both accounts, I know the maximum statutory charge is £10 but in this case do I need to provide an additional £10 cheque to recieve both sets of copies or can i get away with the £10 to recieve both.
HSBC:
Credit Card Account
Master Card Account.
Look forward to you reply
Regards
