I have always been with the same supplier, ever since day one.

now over the past 18 months they have got things very very wrong for me. They have resolved it but I have lost faith.

I am currently with Npower on they price fix 09 tarrif which will end at the end of this month. I currently pay

electric first 174 units 18.604
then next lot at 8.321

gas first 379 units 3.789
then next lot at 2.487

now when I look at competitors sites for comparissons they dont have the tarrif I am on to make a comparisson and they wont let me input what I am paying per unit.

need to find something and quick!
I pay by direct debit and get the npower yearly money off bill for being a monthly dd customer.

any advice greatly appreciated

Have you tried the Lloyds TSB Compare site? You can also access the site through Quidco and Topcashback, and probably others as well.

Don't forget to use other comparison sites, and check out the best cashback deal before switching. For instance Eon are paying £70 cashback through Topcashback for new dual fuel a/cs until 9th June 09 (I think).

I am so confused by all the different companies and tarrifs.

there not exactly clear as to how much I will actually be paying. every one that I have looked at seems that I will be paying more.

I know how much I am paying per unit now, and I have asked for my annual consumption from my current supplier, but I dont think they have given me the right figures :(
