Can somebody advise the name of the Spanish & French equivalents of our Travelodge (assuming there is one!).
Thinking of driving through Spain?France and staying at a couple of these, if they exist.

Campanile, Formule1 and Ibis in France, you'll probably find Campanile in Spain too.
There are more but they escape me right now, I'll edit the post when I remember (assuming no one beats me to it).
Edit: This site has some lists http://www.eurapart.com/home.htmlWhat goes around - comes around0 -
If you are travelling through Spain why not try their Paradores. They are state rum hotels sometimes old castles or palaces and very beautiful. You can get a 5 night card at a set rate which can make staying there even cheaper. Well worth it.0
