NEVER buy from PConestopshop.com...

Alright so I'm going to keep this short and to the point. This is THE worst company I have EVER dealt with by a million miles.

Placed an order some 3 and a half weeks ago to be told the next day the items are not in stock and are on "back order" and it should be dispatched within a week. I replied asking for a refund as they took the money straight away before dispatching the goods.

I gave them the rest of the week to reply and I heard nothing. The following week I tried ringing their listed phone number on their site, only to be told it has changed to an 0845 number. I ring this number and I am put through to an answering machine. I leave my details and concerns about what is going. I hear nothing. I have also by now e-mailed them on all THREE of their email addresses, with one bouncing back and the other 2 not being replied to.

I ring again last week and I finally got to speak to someone who was apologetic and didn't really know what to say when I told him how mad I was. He said the order will be passed onto accounts for a refund. That was last Thursday.

I fully expected to see the refund in my account today after the weekend, but still NOTHING. I try ringing, just an answer machine.

This is the worst customer experience I have ever had from anyone. I have now read reviews very similar to my story about placing orders and nothing being delivered or refunded. I am fuming. This company should not be allowed to trade or exsist. They are a complete and utter waste of space. All I want is an email telling me what is going on and a refund of the money they have had from me for three weeks now.

Anyone else unlucky enough to deal with them? Thinking of speaking to my bank to try and reclaim the money if I don't see it back in my account within the next day or so.
The main thing is to keep the main thing the main thing:)

    My dad and I had a similar problem with a company called Computer Supermarket last year, luckily my dad paid for it on his credit card and got the money back from them; subsequently the company went bust.

    You're best to cut your losses and speak to your bank about getting a refund. Did you pay by credit card?

    You should also report them to Trading Standards and the OFT.
