    Oh right..but there was to begin with as clearly stated on the agreement.. two separate payments with added interest combined together. I thought it would simply mean, insurance term (5 years, in their case, 300 months, my case according to their agreement), either way, finished or no longer wanted, therefore payment adjusted to minus the Insurance, or am I just not getting it, or expecting things to be simple and being niave?

    It won't happen unless you are successful with your mis selling claim. You effectively took out two loans with one monthly repayment between them, one has been paid off but the other is still outstanding.
