HSBC reclaim chargers question

Im wanting to reclaim my bank chargers from HSBC. Ive read some of the success stories but they seem to be all hardship success stories. Im skint and trying to get rid of credit cards before I get married. I've got a HSBC card which i have had since I was 18 yrs and now 28 yrs and having gone threw uni I have had lots of chargers.
Will HSBC give me my money back even tough I am not in Hardship? I am only £500 in dept with them now, having got myself out of £3000 I was in debt with them, but still have a £3000 credit card to pay off. before next year

If we are talking credit card charges then it is nothing to do with bank charges. On credit card charges it is a lot easier

No its is just a current account, Im trying to get the money they have charged me back to pay off a credit card with another company. What are my chances if I am not in hardship? Has anyone had any success?0 -
