Old diary in Lotus Organizer - new PC. Help?

I've been using Lotus Organizer for years but as I have a new PC I am reluctant to install this old software. Is there any current programme that will open my Lotus diary file so that I don't have to enter all the information again!!
I have MS Office 2003 and also MS Works on the new PC.
