A buyer has bought something off me which ended last Wed and has not paid yet. When do I open the NPB?
Is it tomorrow (Wed) or Thurs?
What else can I do? (Have sent invoices...)

after 7 days so thursday. You could always just drop a friendly email enquiring when they are going to pay and say that if there are any problems to get in touch with you.0

Wednesday after the time the auction ended. I would send them a polite but firm email today though telling that to recover fees etc you will need to get this sorted out.0

Wednesday after auction end time or Thursday?
 If they do have problems (sent email not EBay msg) do I give them an extra week or 2 like they said to 'get it sorted'.0 -
I had a non paying bidder a few weeks ago.
1. I filed a non paying bidder reminder after 7 days.
2. I then filed a non paying bidder strike after 8 days.
Got my fvf back and the non paying time waster got a nice strike on his account. That's how I deal with all my non paying bidders. I don't even bother chasing them up anymore, just send them one invoice after the auction ends, if they fail to pay I go through the two steps above.0 -

So, once you open a dispute, you leave it open for 7/8 days?
What happens if buyer responds, they can leave negative FB?0 -

If buyer reposnds to dispute then yes they can then leave feedback but in some cases a seller can appeal a neg if buyer does not mention a problem with the item or seller. Someone else will have the link to the correct wording I'm sure as it is quite prescrictive.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the eBay, Auctions, Car Boot & Jumble Sales, Boost Your Income, Praise, Vents & Warnings, Overseas Holidays & Travel Planning , UK Holidays, Days Out & Entertainments boards.
