Trustworthy Laptop Battery Supplier

Would anyone suggest a laptop battery supplier for a Dell 1300 who they have used and are happy with here in the UK.
There are loads about on Ebay etc but many appear to be UK based but in the small print they are in Hong Kong - China etc.
I'd rather deal with someone in the UK what with the prices being so high in the event there is a problem.
Thanks

If your buying after market, you might as well buy cheap from China because whatever you buy here will have probably come from the same supplier.
Personally I think you should buy a genuine Dell part, it's not worth the risk. You may never have seen a laptop battery go up in flames.... We're talking 2ft flames and acrid smoke.
Dell had exploding laptop problems some years ago, something to do with a faulty batch of Sony batteries (there was a recall), but if a company as big as Sony can produce a dangerous battery, I would never trust anything after market in my home.
