Hi there
Quick bit of advice needed really....I claimed for £550 of bank charges under the hardship case. HBOS have deemed I am not in finacial hardship but have offered to refund me £133 of new charges (which I hadnt claimed as these have been charged in the last month) I am not ahppy with the offer but feel that this may be all they offer me....any advice guys?
Thanks

If you have priority debts arrears(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities) and it is more than £133 then accept as an interim payment and ask them for more. The offer is not a full and final settlement since banks are not allowed to do that under the FSA Waiver on bank charges.0
