omg, how sad are some of you? its so hilarious to see you all throwing your toys out of the pram like spoilt brats just because you couldn't get your £9 sandals! i like a bargain but it ain't worth getting your knickers in a twist if you can't get it, poor yous, oh noes its the end of the world! get a life.

Shouldn't really bother replying to you as you are obviously looking for a response to a sily statement, but if a company had taken money out of your bank account and then turned around and cancelled your order i'm sure you'd be slightly annoyed....

I can't see anyone here throwing toys out of prams however, if you think this is bad look at this thread............

It's not about being a brat. It's about what customer service should be about. I am fine if KG told me that they went out of stock. That is acceptable. what is NOT acceptable is how they LIED and said that the stock were faulty and were still able to dispatch e stock to others. and if they DO have limited stock, I should think that I having ordered at 2320. should get piority over someone who ordered at 2am. KG is a reputable brand, their rrp are usually at least 80quid and thus I expected quality service from them. Premium service from premium price. If this was tesco, it would have been a whole different story.

freysamum, did you order a size 40 too? I'm just trying to get my facts right so that I can reply them and see how they respond. Dont worry, I wont mention this site or names. I'm just so dissappointed with their cs, I want to test their customer service. They offered me a 10% discount, but sorry, I will never be buying from them again. There are many others who sell shoes at their prices with much better customer service.

    I got this email today
    Thank you for your email.

Over the weekend we experience a technical error on Kurt Online Geiger Online by where faulty stock from previous seasons were advertised. In most cases the goods no longer exist as the have been written off in others there was limited stock, hence why your order was cancelled. Normally we would source a replacement pair from one of our stores but Kurt Geiger have sold out of this style from our online store and high street stores and concessions and do not have a repeat order for the stock, I apologise for any disappointment this may cause.

As a goodwill gesture we would like to offer you a 10% discount on a future on-line order, if you reply to this email with your next Kurt Geiger Online Order Number.

Thank you for your interest in Kurt Geiger and we apologise for any disappointment and inconvenience this may have caused. Please do not hesitate to contact us if we can be of any further assistance.

    Kind Regards
    Customer Relations Team

    10% off isn't to bad :j

According to parcelforce I'm supposed to get mine tomorrow, I'm wanting to know if they're faulty in anyway now.

Yep, mine have come today, no faults that I can see. They're bloody tight though, had to get OH to help me with the buckles. They're comfy though.

Woo Hoo! Mine came throgh this morning and they are fabulous!

The only problem that I can foresee with these is that my 10 year old daughter (who has aspirations of becoming a model) has been parading around the house in them all day and if she doesn't break her neck in them then I'll be lucky if they ever see in the inside of my wardrobe again never mind the soles of my feet.

    Bl0ody kids!

Oh dear!! You re obviously new. This is a forum and we tend to chat, pass on bargains, but also moan - its a customers revenge site too!! We complain when we miss out on a bargain for what ever reason! Yes we moan about it, but to suggest we get a life cos we moan and then moan about us is a little confusing!

Why don't you Get a life!!!

and for the record I didn't moan on this thread but found your post out of order!

I got the email about the camel shoes being faulty but the black seemed to be fine.

Now when I log on it says

    Status Tracking
    N/A N/A

Any idea what this could mean?
