    well I got an email saying this:-
    Thank you for your recent order with Kurt Geiger Online. Unfortunately the goods requested were found to be faulty by our Warehouse Team, when checked before despatch.
    You have not been charged and the outstanding order for this item has been cancelled so the payment was not processed.

    Thank you for your interest in Kurt Geiger and we apologise for any disappointment and inconvenience this may have caused.
