I want to Book a Cheap hol to Egypt or Turkey for 4 people in May(20th-ish). I would like it to be 4/5*, How much should I be paying?

We went last May and got a cracking good deal from Direct Holidays.It was a late deal for 2 weeks at the 4 star Melia Flora Park in Hammamet Yasmine on half board basis. Total for 2 adults £380,that was including flight meals and transfers.
