I changed to the 'On line' billing to avoid the £1.25 charge that Virgin Media have bought in on paper billing. I received an email to say my bill was available to view on line and to cut a long story short, was able to view another customer's details on line. This customer had the same account number as me but a different area code. Tried to contact Virgin by telephone, took me hours to get through, but eventually informed them that their site was not secure and I wished to return to paper billing and for them to waive the £1.25 charge. I was told 'This is not going to happen' I put my complaint in writing (6 weeks ago) and have not received a reply. Any ideas?
