We are FTB's about to embark on the 6weeks to three month experiance of buying a house. However my worry is this, what might the survey say that sounds more alarming than it is? For instance a friend told me that 9 times out of ten they will say woring is out of date. I know the mortgage company will say if there are any major issues but what ould you guys say IYHO's is likely o come up and best not to worry about?

What ever comments are made bare in mind that the present owners have lived in the property under its current conditions. If they look as though they survived the experience then so should you.
