Urgent help needed..

Filing an m-col, and in a bit of a tricky spot...
I'm at the point of the particulars of claim, but don't know how to put down my situation....that is: The card i had WAS accruing Interest for a period of time until i AGREED a payment plan with them to stop the total increasing... so they stopped adding interest as long as i paid a certain amount each month.
so what do i put down in this part?
"since 02/04/02 the defendant debited charges and interest at a rate of xx.x% in respect of reprted breaches of contract"...cos i was and was'nt charged interest!!!!!!!!!!
