redundancy advise please

hope someone can help,when are you officially redundant, is it when your notice period starts or when it ends.i ask because my 12 weeks notice will take me into an extra years redundancy pay and also past oct 1 when i believe the min pay goes up to £380,will i be payed at £350 or £380 and will i get the extra years redundancy pay.hope that makes sense to someone.
