not if you put the nrpp name on the ticket!! the csa couldn't prove otherwise then!!

    That is very true!

The name on the winning ticket makes all the difference :)

Or put it in to a trust for the kids, then effectivly it is their money, then under CSA 1 you would get a £10 disreguard on the income and the rest would be set against what you have to pay, pos just £10.

CSA would have a fught on their hands if they want the kids to pay for themselvs as CSA payments!!

Err diversion of income??? OK it is still for the kids, but trust funds are gifts in addition to csa payments.

Under CSA1 if the kids get money from a Trust then there is a £10 disreguard then it is £ for £ of what you have to pay. Been through this big time with the CSA, or are you saying that they lie? They even put this is in their books.

Further to the OP (as I have just purchased another ticket) , I was doing some more math, based on what CMAC suggests assuming a £1,000,000 win 8% =£80, 000 then 15% of that = £12,000 pa or £231 per week, wouldn't that amount jeapordise the PWC's benefits, housing allowance council tax, ctc s etc?

My ex would not just want that much, she would try for the lot! I make no judgment as to her on this point, but am sure that others will!

Our daughter has said that if she wins a big amount she will buy us both a big house, and dads has to have a big kitchen as he is the better cook! I bet anything you like that the ex would then try her best to get that off us as well!
