claim for bank charges

I first put in my claim in may2007 but to date my claim is still on hold. Has anyone else managed to get anything back from royal bank of scotland. Im really struggling at the mo, as my outgoings are more than my income so could really use this £2500 (what ive calculated ill get). Ive read a bit on here about people claiming financial hardship to get the claim put through faster....im working and not on benefits with no dependents so not sure id really qualify.....any advice please would be greatly apprecaited

thanks

if you have priority debt arrears and still getting charges then yes you may qualify on financial hardship.
