HI, JUST WANTED TO KNOW IF ANYONE HAD ANY ADVICE FOR ME AS I HAVE IGNORED LETTERS, ADVISED TO DO SO ON THE SITE, FROM THE ACTUAL PARKING COMPANY BUT THEY HAVE NOW PASSED IT TO A COLLECTIONS AGENCY AND THEY ARE THREATENING LEGAL ACTION. DO I STILL CONTINUE TO IGNORE??

Can you start your own thread please, gets very confusing multiple posting in another thread. Confirm where you are and that you are talking about a private parking company.I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.0 -

As peter_the_piper says you need to confirm whether this is a private parking company (PPC) and which one. If so, it's safe to continue ignoring unless you receive genuine county court papers (very rare but don't ignore those).0
