AFAIK, you can only have one Vantage account per person.
    Don't believe that is true.
    I have 7
From postings here, however, there may have been recent changes whch seem to vary between 2 only permitted, and you can have more but have to wait 24hours between opening each account

Internal transfers are instant. I do all mine in a couple of mins, and get my interest OK
I just opened a Lloyds eSavings account in case that ends up being a more convenient way of transferring the required £1000/month. Can I just check that a transfer of £1000 out of Vantage into eSavings then back again (how long does it need to be out BTW) is going to count as a transfer for the purposes of getting the 4% gross? I'm sort of getting from D1zzy and other posters, that this sort of thing is OK. Can someone confirm please?

Yep transfer from e-savings to vantage is instant - and as soon as you have transferred it you can move it back. ( 2 transactions in the same login session).

Transfers between any LTSB accounts are instant using on line banking. I fund mine with an external payment and then cycle through a.n.other banks.

After doing that Vantage to eSavings and back transfer, leaving £1 in the eSavings, all seemed OK. Today, two days later, two things have happened.
The eSavings account doesn't work. The account overview shows the £1 but on clicking Go for the statement it says
Sorry we are unable to progress with your request
    The following error occurred
    1) 131287 - The requested statement information is unavailable.
This is because you were not party to the account at the time and we are therefore legally unable to disclose the details to you.

I haven't contacted the CS yet but any idea what that is about?

Te other thing is a few days ago I applied online for another Vantage account. They said I would be contacted. But today I find the second Vantage account appears on the overview! Not a problem of course except I have no money to put in it for a couple weeks!

I got a pack in the post today for my second Vantage account, with forms for a sample signature for DDs, forms for transferring DDs and the like. It' s as though they don't realise I already have a fully operating Vantage account. I suppose they think I'm transferring from another bank. ;)

Just a note, I did a 6.5k transfer from Barclays to this account and it was there in 2 hours. Did it in one lump sum.
