Credit Card reclaims - help please

Hi

I have just started a claim for my Skycard CC and know I can reclaim late payment charges and Overlkimit fees.

However I have come accross 2 charges that I am not sure about, they only happen a few times on statements but wanted to check if anyone knew if I can claim them back?

They are:

Conveinience cheque fee £12

Miscalaneous fee £15 - no idea what this was for!

Once I have added them all up I assume I just submit them with the template letter cross my fingersw and wait?

The statements I received only go up to September 08 but obviously I have still got an account with them - (even though the card is destroyed and I am in debt) - can I just add on any additional fees and charges received since then to date, before submitting my claim?

Thanks again.

:)

Convenience cheque is a credit card cheque and unfortunately you can't claim it.

    Thanks for that.

As I said above the statements I have with all my cards stop in September 08 as it was then I applied for the copies. However I can't find any statements from then to now (possibly I shredded them when I was feeling very depressed a couple of weeks ago :o) so should I just write to the CCards again requesting copies dating from September 08 up to now? Or is there a way I can submit my claim as is and request they add any further charges applied after September 08?

    Thanks :)
