in Reclaim bank & credit card charges
right i sent m first letter to lloydstsb on the 5th of march, then got a letter 4 weeks later fobbing me off with how bank charges are fair , then i followed up with a fone call and they said id have a decision after a further 4 weeks.

i tiried to state i was in financial hardship as im currently un employed. it has now been 8 weeks since the first letter i got bk off lloyds totalling 12 weeks when i was told i would have a decision after 8! do i send of the second letter to them now?

please advise!

    You can send another letter or you can take it to the Financial Ombudsman Service.
