Reclaiming ppi

Hi, trying to claim ppi back from R.B.S. On a personal loan. sent first letter back in april saying we have been mis sold insurance. we have received 3 letters back all saying the same sort of thing that they are collecting information. not sure what to do next last letter received today says they will get back to us as soon as possible. should i send them another letter or contact ombudsmen next? any help really appreciated!

By rights you can move on to the FOS if they do not resolve your matter by a full 8 weeks in what they are entitled to.

If your a willing to wait longer, this is entirely up to you, or give them a quick call and ask when should you expect to hear as you are now thinking of moving this on to the Financial ombudsman service (FOS).

But as long as the 8 weeks have passed you can move this on to the FOS if you want to, good luck.;)

You can either ring them to arrange them to send the form through the post, or download and print.
