Praise - Nandos - Dealing with complaint

I just wanted to let you know I had reason to complain at my local Nando yesterday, after being charged for my meal twice. The manager that I dealt with was great, took me seriously, refunded staright away and gave me a voucher for a free meal and drink.

I was already to ask for a free meal, but didnt need to as the manager was very apologetic and the lady on the door was very good getting me a manager as soon as I asked for one. He also informed me that if I ever had another problem, to always ask for a manager, as they make themseleves available to customers immeidatly.

Was very impressed. Just thought that I would share this.
Debt free since July 2013! Woo hoo! The bank actually laughed when I said I have come in to cancel my overdraft.
