Hi all,
I was half way through my claim against Abbey, I had received statements, contacted them to request payment, received no answer within 14 days, then when contacting them to say that I was going to address the matter in court they in turn sent a letter saying that they had paid me a paltry figure in the past (they hadn't, it was charges that I contacted and were cancelled before being applied to my account. These didn't appear on my bank statement).
Then I stopped. The problem was that I had a multitude of family issues to deal with so this went on the back burner. Time has gone on and I need to address this now. Where should I restart my pursuit?
Thanks

I would restart from the point in which the last claim stopped, if you have kept all correspondence. Remember to add additional charges since that point as well.0
