U-Drive Argghh!

I am spitting fire over U-Drive:mad::mad: My husband organised a hire car from them over the Internet, they took the deposit (£100)plus the hire fee £28 on the day we booked (12/05) we had the car for one day (23/05) and returned it to them without any damage etc. We had been informed that the deposit would be refunded within 2/3 working days - it hasn't,I rang them last Fri to ask what had happened and was told it would be back in our account by Mon (today) checked account this morning still not refunded!! Rang them immediatley, only to be told that the lady who does the refunds (internet) has been ill and it should show up in our account within 3-5 days!!! :mad::mad::mad::mad:
